Both in my professional and personal environments, I like to create a safe space for every person I meet in hopes that they’ll be comfortable being themselves. I’ve had the honor of joining the journeys of a diverse range of clients and aim to offer support to people of all walks of life. 


My eclectic foundation in counseling work stems from a cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT) but also incorporates many aspects of solution-focused and feminist therapy. Positivity and humor are powerful tools that are integrated within my approach as well. Along with referring to counseling approaches, I also draw from the health & wellness perspective, motivating my clients to meet their mental and physical health goals. 


I specialize in working with individuals and couples in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I am highly proficient at approaching issues related to stress management, time management, school/work/life balance, and self-confidence. Aided by a calming and welcoming presence, I would love to guide you along your journey to becoming a stronger, happier, and more balanced self.
